My passion for Yoga was ignited after feeling at home when I attended my first class aged 14. I witnessed the transformative effect it had on me and the subtle way the teachings filtered into every aspect of my life. In 2015 I was drawn to Rishikesh in India to learn more and complete my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. 

 

I believe in Yoga for everybody & breaking down what Modern Yoga focuses on – yes a headstand is awesome but equally so is being able to close down your eyes for some of your practice and take it within. 

I advocate ‘you do you’ - in Yoga & in life. 

 

People are seeking out ways to decrease their anxiety & stress, to feel more freedom in their body & mind and to connect on a deeper level. Yoga can provide all of this and so much more. 

I’m currently teaching ‘Slow Healing Flow’ Mondays 9:30am & ‘Restorative Yoga’ Wednesdays 7:15pm at the gorgeous Lavana Yoga studio in Mt. Eliza.
